For Apple (iOS) device users, you can uninstall and reinstall the Bb app.  This will correct the issue.  

For Android device users, you will need clear the Bb app's cache and data.  To do this, go to:

Settings>Apps>select the Blackboard app>Storage>select both "Clear cache" and "Clear data."


After taking these steps, you will need to search for "The Technical College of the Lowcountry," and login using the "Web Login" button and your TCL email credentials.
