Short answer: No.
Unless your instructor has specific guidelines for your paper, an MLA paper will look like this.
The guidelines for writing MLA style essays can be found in the MLA Handbook for Writers of Research Papers. The library has copies of this book on reserve, but there are also many excellent resources for MLA style to be found online. A great resource for all things MLA is Purdue University's Online Writing Lab (OWL). We recommend looking at the OWL website for an introduction to MLA.
