By default, your TCL email account is set to use a focused inbox and to sort email messages by conversation.  At times, this can be a bit confusing, and it may make it hard for you to locate a message you may be expecting.

It is recommended that you change these settings in order to make sure that you can easily see all of your messages.  To do this, follow these steps:

Log into your TCL email account by using the "Student Emails" link found on the "Quicklinks" menu from the TCL page found at

Next, click on "Filter" and click "Show Focused Inbox" to uncheck this option.

Click "Filter" once again, and place your mouse pointer over the "Show as" option, and click on "Messages."

Now, you should be able to see all of your messages.  If you still believe you are missing some email messages, please be sure to check in the "Junk Email" folder in your account.  You will find this in the menu on the left side of your inbox.
