Each term, end of course surveys are created and deployed in Bb for your students to provide feedback on your courses and their experiences. The results of these surveys will be made available to you in each of your respective courses, and the data can be pulled anytime after the results are released. The release date is typically after the grades are due for the term.
To get your survey data, navigate to the course homepage of one of your previous term courses. Locate and click the "View Results" button at the top of your course homepage.
On the next page, you will select the term's response period (typically something like Fall 2017) and leave the rest of the options at their default settings. Click the "View Results" button at the bottom of the page to generate the report.
Once the report is generated, you can see the responses provided by your students. At the bottom of the report, you can also retrieve and comments provided (if any). To see the comments, click the link at the bottom of the report.
If you want to save a copy of the report, you can click "Print Report" button at the top left of the report and select the option "Printable View with Comments." This will prompt you to save a PDF version of the report to your computer.
