First, make sure you have the correct password for the wireless network. If your computer tries to connect to the TCL network but cannot, this may be a password problem. Contact the library and provide your student ID number to get the wireless password.

If your computer does not recognize TCL's wireless network at all, you may have wireless access disabled on your computer. Look for a button, switch, or function key for enabling wireless access. For assistance, please contact the TCL Help Desk at 843-525-8344 or helpdesk@tcl.edu.
