After making a recording of your meeting, you will need to find your recording. To do this, navigate to your meeting in Adobe Connect central and click on the "Recording" link.
Click on the recording title to access the recording information page. You can use the "URL for Viewing" to share with others. This link will allow viewers to download shared content and access web links from the meeting pods (if used).
If you want to ensure maximum sharing (not restricted to just meeting participants), you can change the recording's access level from Private (default setting) to Public (viewable by all who have the URL).
Place a checkmark in the box next to the video you want to share and click on "Access Type"
Next, select the desired option (Private or Public) and click "Save."
Once shared, users will have the ability to connect to websites listed in Web Links and download files from File pods used in the recorded session.
