If you have already uploaded your content to your Content Area within Adobe Connect (for info on this see How do I upload content (files I want to use) into my meeting?), all you need to do is share the content from a Share Pod.  

For example, if you wanted to share a presentation onscreen, you would select "Share Document" from a Share Pod and click on "My Content" to get access to your previously uploaded content.  

Quick Tip:  If you forgot to upload the content prior to the meeting, simply choose "Browse My Computer" instead.  This will take a little bit longer to upload compared to linking from previously loaded content.
